Abstract: This According to the characteristics of crimped blister fabrics, the paper puts forward a feasible dyeing and finishing solution. By comparing the influence of different processes (i.e., pretreatment, jig brightening, air softening and super soft technology) on the characteristics of the fabric, the best dyeing and finishing process for this type of blister fabric came out. The pretreatment process like cold padbatch and jig scouring should adopt brightener BC (1.0 g/L). During airflow processing, wash the fabric in high-temperature water at 95 ℃ for 20 min to blister the fabric, and then, process low-temperature softening treatment at 50 ℃. In the end, retain the blistering effect and improve its hand feeling via high-temperature and fast-drying super soft process. Through this process, the fabric can obtain a higher whiteness above 155 (D65 illuminating source) and excellent comprehensive performance.
