A Study on the Strategy for Transformation of Garment Foreign Trade Companies

— Illustrated by the Case of the Central Area of Jiangsu Province


Abstract: Illustrated by the case of garment foreign trade companies in the central area of Jiangsu Province, the paper discusses the problems and deficiencies of these companies, proposes that they should strive for existence and overcome difficulties by making efforts from five aspects, including design and R & D,research on consumer market; innovation of marketing mode, management & supervision, and cultivation of innovative talents, and it also gives advices on transformation of these companies.
