Abstract: Based on the research of anti-perspective polyester filament yarn, the cross section structure of anti-perspective single fiber as well as the composite structure and specifications of anti-perspective polyester filament yarn were optimized. A blended yarn between anti-perspective polyester staple and cotton or other skin-friendly fibers was prepared. By using the yarn as both warp and weft, or by interweaving with anti-penetration polyester filament yarn, a white fabric that combines anti-perspective effect with comfort property and is suitable for making medical clothes is produced, which helps solve the see-through problem of summer medical clothes.
