Abstract: Under the background of consumers’ diversified pursuits for fashion, personality, technology,environmental protection, shirt fabrics are also showing traditional and modern, fashion and personality styles. At the same time, as shirt is a next-to-skin wear, it requires the fabric to be comfortable and functional, natural and ecological. Therefore, the quality of the shirt fabric is the perfect combination of fashion and technology. In this paper, with trends as a guide, and based on the development concept of scientific and technological applications, and the development process of first setting development goals according to designers’ market research and trend analysis, and then designing the fabric, the fabric style and comfort performance of current fashion shirt fabric are analyzed by discussing in details the raw materials,yarn, weave design and finishing process.
