Abstract: The paper discusses the weaving as well as dyeing and finishing technologies for producing a high-warp-density two-color jacquard upholstery fabric made from fine-denier polyester fiber. It introduces in details the key technologies in each step of the process, analyzes the problems to be solved and provides relevant solutions. The fabric is ideal for high-quality home interiors with its good performance and practicability.
