Abstract: Xinjiang is an important textile and apparel processing base and regional business center listed in the national development program. In recent years, the scale of local textile and garment industry has expanded significantly. Both the central and local governments have introduced a number of favorable measures to promote the development of the industry and product innovation. The favorable environment has provided a guarantee for the further upgrading of the industry in the future.
