Abstract: In the fast-paced and high-pressure environment of modern society, people prefer comfortable, warm and fashionable sweaters. By analyzing the fabric trends in the fall/winter season of 2016/17, it can be seen that sweaters play a significant role in men's wear. Sweater design consists of yarn, stitch and pattern design, which is mutually restricted with the look of the finished product. Based on discussing clothing styles and pattern design, raw materials, styles and pattern designs of men’s sweaters are analyzed in this paper.
