Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s cotton textile industry, traditional spinning processes that commonly adopt the process route of low weight per unit length of roving, slow speed and low output can no longer meet production requirements. The development of high-efficiency processes has not only enabled high-speed, high-efficiency, labor-saving production and high product quality, but also brought positive effect to energy conservation and consumption reduction.
