Abstract: The article introduced the driving mode for the drafting mechanism on super-high-draft spinning frame and presented the mathematic model of the driving mode. Controlling the AC servo driver with Siemens’ S7-200 PLC controllers to realize multi-motor drive of the drafting mechanism can effectively control the rotating speed of roller and realize numerical control of drafting mechanism.
