According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to February, the profit of China’s industrial enterprises above designated size totaled CNY 1.15 trillion, seeing a year-on-year rise of 5.0%. The profit of manufacturing industry totaled CNY 875.92 billion, declined by 4.2% year-on-year.

From January to February, the profit of textile industry above designated size totaled CNY 11.45 billion, increased by 13.1% compared with the same period the previous year. The profit of garment and accessories industry above designated size reached CNY 8.81 billion, with year-on-year growth of 5.0%. That of leather, fur, feather and their products and footwear industry reached CNY 6.85 billion, down 2.7% year-on-year. And the profit of enterprises above designated size in chemical fiber manufacturing industry reached CNY 4.51 billion, declined by 32.7%.
