The data recently released by National Bureau of Statistics show that China’s fixed-asset investment (excluding farmers) totaled CNY 54.45 trillion in 2021, saw 4.9-percent year-on-year growth. The two-year average growth reached 3.9%.

By region, the investment of eastern region grew 6.4% year-on-year; the investment of central region rose 10.2%; the investment of western region increased 3.9%, and the northeast region upped 5.7% year-on-year.
